PETRONAS has taken a step that should be praised for canceling concerts Twin Towers @ Live 2014. Concert in conjunction with the F1 race should take place on March 28 and March 29 (Friday and Saturday ) was canceled as a mark of respect to the family , friends and those who are the passengers and crew of Malaysia Airlines flight MH370 .
Among the big names scheduled to perform are Christina Aguilera , Rain , Lifehouse and Craig David . Here is the full statement from PETRONAS about this cancellation : -
It is truly a tragedy and we are deeply saddened about the Crew and Passengers of flight # MH370 . As the sponsor of the Twin Towers Alive 2014, we have concluded with event organizer Live At Work Sdn Bhd and other sponsors to cancel TTA fellow in 2014 as a sign of RESPECT to the families & next -of -kin of the Crew and Passengers of flight MH370 . Our deepest condolences to Them . We will honor our tanah Obligation to all related parties impacted by this cancellation be treated fairly.
