Congratulations to actress and singer Elly Mazlein is now legally called the 'Wife' of the director, Azmi Hatta with twice pronouncement in a wedding ceremony held at the Surau As Sakinah, Putra Perdana, Puchong around 11:45 am on Sunday.
The couple were 'Akad Nikah' by the bride's father, Syed Hanafi Syed Abdullah and witnessed by the Assistant Registrar Marriage of Taman Putra Perdana, Ahmad Baie Jaaafar.
The bride received a dowry of RM300 with seven trays of gifts such as handbag, shoe, ring, cake, betel trellis and a ring from the groom.
Meanwhile, Elly responded by giving nine trays of gifts which was shoe, watche, ring, cake, chocolate, men's fragrance, briefcase and sunglasses.
After the wedding, the couple were visiting the grave of the Elly's mother and giving their honor and commemorate for her late mother that was passed away last May.
Elly and Azmi, tying the engagement on May 29, 2011 in a ceremony held at the Berjaya Hall, Bukit Kiara Equestrian & Country Resort, Kuala Lumpur.
