Former manager of Zizan Razak has filed a lawsuit amounting to RM500,000 after this comedian allegedly violated the contract signed by the artist management.
Marina Juki as the plaintiff has filed suit in the Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court on 6 November.
The suit was filed after the Marina of Wire Frame Entertainment Sdn Bhd find out that Zizan has breached of the contract when he was collaborated with other company while the agreement with Wire Frame still move on and which will ended on May 5, 2015.
Marina as a plaintiff, claiming damages in excess of RM500k, general damages of 15% on all income earned by Zizan from other management companies.
In the meantime, Marina also claimed other benefits by 5% per annum from the date of filing of the suit. In addition, she is also seeking an injunction to restrain the defendants from proceeding with the contract with the new management company, since he still has a valid contract with the plaintiff.
Marina also make a claim for damages for breached of contract including cost and other reasonable charge from the court.
